The 4- Hour Body

Is it possible to...

  • Reach your genetic potential in 6 months?
  • Sleep 2 hours per day and perform better than on 8 hours?
  • Lose more fat than a marathoner by bingeing?
I have absolutely no idea... But I am about to find out as I venture onto this slow carb diet as described in the The 4-Hour Body  by Timothy Ferriss. No- It's not a new years resolution, I'm just all about trying new healthy eating habbits.
